Last year’s winner of the small business award, Helen Wright, Director of 9-2-3 Jobs said: “Entering the CBAs was a really valuable experience for us at 9-2-3 Jobs. The application didn’t take long, but did make us look at our journey to date, as well as where we were aiming to go. As a small, growing business, we don’t often give ourselves that time to evaluate these things – and it’s a very useful process to go through. As a team we feel incredibly proud to have won the Cherwell Small Business Award, and remain impressed by the recognition it’s brought us. Don’t wait to be nominated – give it a go!”

Placi Espejo, one of the four directors of the Cherwell Business Awards, said: “The awards are here to discover and highlight the best and brightest businesses across the Cherwell District – Banbury, Bicester, Kidlington and the surrounds. Every year, after the awards have taken place, I speak to businesses who say that they wish they had entered. As the entry process is simple and free through our website: www.cherwellbusinessawards.co.uk, I would urge all Cherwell businesses, business people and charities to get their entries submitted now, so they don’t have any regrets later.”

The winners for 2020 will be announced at the Cherwell Business Awards Gala Dinner, held on 15 May 2020 at Heythrop Park, Enstone. This must-attend event will give entrants and industry professionals the opportunity to network and celebrate business excellence and innovation in the Cherwell District. Tickets will go on sale at the mid-February.
