Wild Property Consultancy has itself developed an excellent reputation for work in aiding high street and town centre vitality. In 2020 Neil Wild was appointed by the High Street Task Force as one its recognised professionals until 2024 – enabling Neil to be commissioned by a Council or other stakeholder, via Government funding, to provide expertise and support for high street strategy and innovation.
Town centre and high street re-vitalisation is high up the agenda for many stakeholders. The changes to shopping habits have affected towns across the country. Wild Property has worked in many of these places as part of their property consultancy role managing clients’ high street investments and observing changes brought about to footfall and retail mix. Over the last 10 years Neil Wild has undertaken a specific role in facilitating high street and town centre rejuvenation with services to town and district councils.
Neil Wild recognises the important economic and social function for a community played by town and city centres. As a result Wild Property places high regard for the importance of town centre strategy to ensure the economic vitality of an urban place.
